Any Chef or Assistant Concierge, over twenty-one (21) years of age and of good moral character.
The minimum educational qualification is GCE 'O' Level and must be proficient in both spoken and written English.
He or she must have a minimum of five (5) years service in the hotel industry, preferably in Rooms Division, of which not less than three (3) years shall have been served as either Chef or Assistant Concierge, shall be eligible for election as a Full Member.
He or she has never been discharged from employment because of work or conduct was not satisfactory.
He or she has never been charged in court.
Must be committed to serving the society in its ideas and objectives.
He or she must be bilingual.
Each application must be accompanied with a complete resume of his/her work experience.
Each application must be accompanied with a reference letter from the applicant's hotel manager or general manager supporting the application.
Application must be endorsed by two (2) Full Members, and accompanied by two recent photographs and a cheque of SGD$50.00 for entrance fee.
All application forms must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary duly completed and accompanied by the aforesaid documents and entrance fee.
All applications are subjected to the Executive Committee approval after rigorous interview and consideration by the Application Review Committee.
